I have tried to follow similar themes used by similar artists, the alternative and ambigous theme used by 'The XX' shines through in the first piece, helping us to establish genre and connotations.
We are currently leaning towards design one as our final digipak piece as we believe it has all the needed genre conventions to appeal to our target audience, it also offers us a simple designs that allows us to focus on a precise and detail design without having to produce a large digipack seen in other templates.
